QAudit support guide
QAudit (Quadient Audit) is a tamper-evident, signed record of the actions Quadient and Serensia products take on behalf of customers. This guide is written by the QAudit dev team for Serensia and Quadient internal teams that operate or support QAudit — support, PMO, customer success, account managers, anyone consuming Admin-app workflows or internal specs.
Most of this guide is about the QAudit Admin app, because the Customer Dashboard is documented in the parallel User Guide. Support staff regularly need both — the user-guide for the customer-facing context they answer questions about, and this guide for the internal tooling, runbooks, and specs they own.
The two guides intentionally do not duplicate: any context a customer needs lives in the user-guide; this guide carries only what is specific to internal Quadient / Serensia operators. When a piece of context could fit either, it goes in the user-guide and this guide cross-references it.
